Open the bonnet pop of the pipes leading to the bonnet washers, check to see if water is getting through then, if not, you will have the take out the wiper motor to get at the window washer bottle, and inspect the pump, there should be 2 small pumps, check to see if its blocked or faulty, simples. The front and rear wash/wipe use a 15 amp fuse number 53 for washer jets, So if the fronts are working but not the rear it sounds like a blocked jet or the pipes come off the jet. To get at it you need to take off the inner trim at the top of the tailgate. This gives you access to the back of the high level brake light which the jet is clipped into.
