What we loved: it's location, it's really close to Michigan Avenue and all the major city highlights, also within walking distance from the West Loop and other awesome places. The price was very affordable, which was also great. Sadly, we didn't experience the best service.

We had a wonderful stay in a clean small room with attentive staff in summer of 2024, but: I gave them a credit card at the time of check in for the traditional incidentals and a guarantee.
